How to cancel your Subscription:


Customer can cancel their subscription by their self by logging in to our customer portal. We send them “MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION” link in the welcome email. They need to cancel their subscription before the billing date. If they cancel it after the subscription is charged then there will be “NO REFUND”. If you are not able to find your customer portal link please contact us (11:00 AM-8:00 PM) Eastern Time.

Tech Home Service works on a subscription basis. The card used to sign up will be saved for future transactions. All payments are nonrefundable. To prevent charges, cancel your subscription before the scheduled billing date.

You affirm that you possess the payment method and have the authority to authorize the charges. To change your payment method, contact Tech Home Service.
